One massively important point that was not made about the Tesla supercharger network is reliability. It is much more reliable than any of the public charger networks.

It’s a sin to not mention the amazing sound system.

Good video, but some comments from a Highland owner: The car be set that it chooses the driving direction automatically when you press the brake. That works very well. The top buttons are just for cases when the display should not operate. The turning signals are a bit more difficult to get used to, but you get it after a while and in normal condition up to 90° turning it is even better. Bad thing is when you share your car nobody uses the turn signal I open the glovebox only with voice control which works to 100%, The wipers are really bad, an update was just announced. When you press the wiper button in the steering wheel you can directly change the setting with the left knob pushing it right oder left so you dont have to use the touchscreen.

I've had mine for only 24 hours and it already feels like a fine glove on my hand. It's by far the most comfortable and enjoyable Tesla to drive.
  • @robsta1000
Voice control is excellent! A pity you forgot to use and mention it.

The model 3 (and Y) are unbeatable, no one comes even close, great review!

It's the deep windscreen and low bonnet line for forward visibility that attracts me.
  • @alexwhite2791
It worries me that they keep on removing components. Indicator stalks are used everywhere for very good reasons. I can’t believe a car at this price doesn’t have ultrasonic parking sensors any more (no, cameras are not as good).

Great review but as a VW EV owner it really isn’t that much of an issue to use an open Tesla. Main problem can be the charging flap being on the other side however the new V4 chargers have longer cables.

Awesome detailed review. Staggeringly good value for money. Thank you.
  • @devanman7920
Its crazy to me how little miles you actually get compared to what they say. If it does 400 miles...thats really 300...if it says it does 300 miles you might get 200.

10:50 I think you should mention with driving, that when you par your phone with car, you don't have to use card, and it should be mention then you talk about position of mirrors etc because they can be save on your profile, so each person assign to car have to do it only once.
  • @markwilson7013
I didn't get the comment about stopping charging without a button. Was he saying its a negative point people outside the car who may not be an owner / operator can't just unplug your car and stop it charging? Surely you wouldn't want someone to be able to do that?
  • @rw80
I really don’t understand all the complaints about the indicators and gear shift. Before I left the Tesla parking it worked for me. Also on roundabouts
  • @brei21
The best aspect of the Model 3 for me when compared to other car is the efficiency. Seems remarkable and still not many cars at the same price point can beat it. Great video as always. Thank you

UK license plates look stylish compared to the States.
  • @shoelessjoe428
Tesla are way ahead on software, on UI, on supercharging and efficiency. All the big legacy brands have this "one foot in, one foot out" approach to developing EVs. Whereas Tesla are "do or die"! There are no ICE or hybrid possibilities for a name like "Tesla". They're 100% in.
  • @alastairhatt360
No issues with the indicators. 10 minutes had in stored to memory. If after 3000 miles you still can’t get it then that’s your own issue not Tesla’s. probably jumping from a standard stalk car each time then going to this can confuse but not if it’s your only drive each day.
  • @WarpedTrekker
Didn't mention the LR higher quality audio system. Nor the double paned acoustic glass everywhere for quieter ride. Plus the doors have an extra catch at the bottom where it keeps the door shut even tighter for less noise. The left and right turn signal buttons are just like the stalk. Flip stalk up you go right. So press top button to go right. Bottom button for left. Easy to remember. This car is really much quieter than current model Y. Also the mileage in USA is 346 miles for LR model. Yet for charging to 80% as recommended you get much less. Why is this never talked about?
