I did a ~24hr overnighter at far northeastern washington state. turns out sullivan lake is an absolute gem. definitely going back there. avey is a short gravel strip on the canadian border, extending into canada, so technically I've been in canada with my plane now. 8.1 flight hours on one "tank" of gas.

avey is 69S, sullivan lake 09S, ione S23.

0:00 always start at zero
0:22 taking off avey (gravel)
0:46 first glimpse of sullivan lake
0:54 inbound calls and field report
1:22 inspection pass and sharp turn
2:15 turn final over the lake
3:07 short final (dogleg) for sullivan
3:45 taxi, shutdown, intro, set up camp
4:12 next morning: departing sullivan
5:00 over the lake
5:32 valley flying
6:37 short final ione

This is amazing man well done! Imagine if you could have showed yourself this video as a message from the not distant future when you first started training - you wouldn't believe it! Great editing as well sir. Location 10/10.
