Mould 30pcs: 6cm X 3.5cm Tart mould

模具30个:6厘米 X 3.5厘米 蛋挞模具

Ingredients Part A /材料A:
120g Fresh Shredded Coconut /120克新鲜白椰丝
1 and half tbsp Tapioca starch / 1汤匙半木薯淀粉
Dash of Salt 少许盐

Ingredients Part B / 材料B:
2 Large Eggs (each about 80g)2颗A蛋(每颗约80克)
100g castor Sugar 100克细沙糖
70ml Pandan Juice 70毫升斑斓汁
180ml Coconut Cream 180毫升盒装浓缩椰浆
140g Self raising flour 140克自发粉
90g Cake flour 90克低筋面粉
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Pandan Emulco 1茶匙浓缩斑斓精华

Filling 馅料:
100g to 120g Gula Melaka 100至120克椰糖
