INGREDIENTS: 👇🏻
-1 9” Pie Crust (Frozen)
-15 ounce Can Pumpkin Puree
-¾ cup Coconut Milk
-¾ cup Light Brown Sugar
-¼ cup Cornstarch
-¼ cup Maple Syrup
-2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
-1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
-½ teaspoon Salt
-1 Vegan Whipped Cream

INSTRUCTIONS: 👇🏻
1) Blend together all of the ingredients with a blender until smooth
2) Pour pumpkin filling into pie crust.
3) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
4) Bake pie for 50-60 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
5) Let cool completely in the fridge for 2-3 hours before serving with a dollop of vegan whipped cream.

🍂 Happy Thanksgiving! 🍂 Oh it was nice to hear your voice! 👋☺️ The intro got an honest laugh out of me 🤭. Thank you! That doesn't happen very often in recent memory. 😄👍💓🍀 I passed on Thanksgiving this year so I still have plans to get into cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie in the near future.
