Prime Minister Narendra Modi's cavalcade was stuck on a flyover in Punjab on Wednesday for nearly 20 minutes due to farmers blocking the flyover. Private cars were also seen approaching the cavalcade, which was a major security lapse. It alleged that the Punjab government failed to deploy additional security to secure any movement by road. PM Modi was scheduled to address a rally in Ferozepur today, but the event had to be cancelled.

Doesn't matter which crowd were there. If the Pro-BJP or Anti-BJP or Farmers, the route should have been clear. SPG doesn't take any route randomly, state police is responsible for making routes of all the plans (Plan A or Plan B or Plan C ...) clear in advance. Security officials travel in advance (ahead of PM) to ensure there are no sudden blocking elements on the route being taken.

Look at Supriya , she is convinced. Expect worst from Congress.
  • @souravsinha6129
Supriya dont have any point so she is getting agitated and started blasting out...which dont make sense at all
  • @sudheerleo
That lady is blatantly lying... She is saying it was Prime Minister's mistake .. travelling by road in Punjab... she seems to be upset by PM making back safely to New Delhi...

This is the second video by India Today, I am witnessing. Congress panelists in both of these videos, sorry to say, come across as genuine scum bags. This is a shame. Who ever is running Congress needs to look into the quality of spokespersons they send to TV.
  • This is a serious issue of Security Breach of the PM Modi convoy and could very easily turn into a grave threat on the pm's life ЁЯЩП .Strict and quick Action must be taken on This Serious Negligence by the State administration
  • @dilbagstar
This is collective failure of state government and second the officers of the Punjab Police

The way Congress targeted PM by not giving security is a shame. This will ultimately benefit BJP in Punjab elections.
  • It is so sad in India that the state governments run by the opposition work against the central government and against the best interest of the country whether it is a case of PMтАЩs security, BSF, Central Government Agencies fighting the corruption, terrorism, money laundry, hawalas, etc. They are only interested in petty politics and protecting their turfs at any cost, even at times at the expense of he best interest of the country. Shame on them!
  • I always skip the videos whenever Supriya Churel talks... ЁЯШВЁЯШВ
  • Be ashamed of your government in Punjab Supriya . Denying the reality and defending the indefensible isn't going to make Congress party any less responsible for this security breach.

Struck for 20 minutes?!??? What's the big deal in many cities in peak hours we people get struck for hours in total in daily traffic jams. Let him face it and experience how we ordinary people feel on daily basis. No sympathy for the overprivileged and overpampered prime minister.

So shame on Punjab gov , never imagined a state gov can stoop to so low for the sake of their petty politics interest...
  • Supriya seems to think she knows more than the rest of the panel and anchor put together. And the panel is comprised of professionals, not only politicians like her. Extremely arrogant to say the least ЁЯЩД
  • Very offensive Supriya shrinate ! Her brain seems to have shrunken. sudden attack of insanity? Please don't call this abusive lady for debate. Who the he'll are you to decide whether people wanted to listen to PM or not?
  • @coldcoffee7589
Hahaha farmers ЁЯдг pizza eating farmers who left field and showing their protest
  • @sarves_boreddy
If PM of India is not safe in Punjab which shares border with Pakistan then one can easily understand how effectively congress is maintaining law and order in Punjab.
