Quick thing I wanted to mention at 5:55 I said that Marcus had his scar already but I was in fact incorrect. Marcus had not be in the slab yet so there is no way he has his scar yet. Either way I am super hyped for this game and can't wait to make more content!!!

One detail I noticed is that it's titled "Gears of War: E-Day", not "Gears: E-Day". This definitely looks like a return to form and I'm honestly surprised it took this long for a full-length E-Day game.

Not only that Mad World plays when Dom saves Marcus, but a small hum of Hope Runs Deep plays when the title of E-Day is shown.

Didn't think I would come back here for a gears of war video, feels like it's been an eternity. Glad it happened. All the things you pointed out, regarding how actually scary it was to fight the locust, I think the trailer did a good job of showing that 😮.

My jaw dropped seeing Gears of War: E-Day pop up on the screen…. I didn’t think this day would ever come again that I’m so excited for my favourite franchise, let’s hope it lives up to what we all dream and that Gears of War can become a hit once more with the new generation!

I’ve been talking about this since gears 3! I’m fine is this is a “soft reset” or just continuing the story line with a prequel! I also hope when this game (or hopefully trilogy ends) they do P-Wars! So much untapped potential/content still in this franchise. Fans will return in numbers if you make a game, story, environment that originally made them fall in love with gears! So pumped and so glad you are making vids agin been watching the lore and comic brake downs since gears 3!
