    It feels like I'm juggling lots of things nearly all of the time. Think I'll start by picking one night a week where I turn "do not disturb" on my phone as soon as I'm finished work for the day. The notifications are so quick to distract. I also just got the daily schedule for "do not disturb" to start an hour earlier and not turn off again until 7am regardless of my alarm time.
