Journey on the Border and I was ATTACKED!

Publicado 2024-01-01
Down on the Mexican border you never know .. also looking back at 2023 and before.

Thanks so much for coming along on the journey with me! It just wouldn’t be the same without you!

Below are some links to sponsors and companies who have helped out the channel.

I personally have had great experiences with the products, the companies, and the people and would recommend any of these companies or products below:

Old South Dog Boxes

These guys build the best dog boxes I’ve seen!

I was looking around for a company that made dog boxes that would fit in my Side by Side and couldn’t find anything.

I got in touch with Old South Dog Boxes and they are able to make custom builds!

They are building me a dog box that will fit exactly what I need.

They make a diverse range of dog boxes, dog trailers, and bird rigs for bird hunters.

Check them out and let them know that Brett from Born 100 Years Too Late sent you!

Skito Saddle Pads

I was in the market for a new saddle pad after my old one wore out.

Agnes, my riding mule, has a bad back and it makes a big difference to have a good saddle pad.

People seem to be dropping like flies the past few years. Grow in faith, show gratitude and give smiles as often as possible. I love these videos.

A bad day in the middle of nowhere is better than good day in the middle of somewhere! Happy New Year and looking forward to more videos.
  • I don't know if I was born 100 years too late, but now, at 71, I feel like I've grown old 100 years too soon. Happy you and the pack came through o.k. Thanks for sharing your adventures and thoughts. Happy New Year and Safe Travels.

Great adventure. I'm glad you and the dogs were unscathed by the commando hogs. Would be awesome to find that gatling gun 🤠 Happy New Year, taken one day at a time. At our age each and each day and each adventure is a gift. God bless.

I’m really glad I found your channel. I knew an old man named Sherman when I was younger and he died at 100 and some odd years old never had a license drove a 4 mule team, and wagon. Even up through the 80s is was a good boy. he told me when he was young he used to run a 40 mule borax wagon train out of death Valley. I’m in Southern Nevada by the way.
  • Glad you and the crew made it out safely! Keep up the great content my fellow New Mexican!!! Gracia a Dios!

I’m wondering what the New Year is going to bring. For sure one day older. My wife has been caring got her mother for 10 years, so we really couldn’t go away for more than a few days and not far. She passed Dec 3 at age 95. A good long life. Now we’re free to travel. I’d like to see some of your country. Your videos have meant a lot to me as a way to see another part of the country.
  • Ok, I completely screwed up my new years resolution to not comment on YouTube anymore, but I have realized that you guys that I follow, have become my long distant friends. My situation is exactly what you described, but because I have no schooling or history, there is no inheritance. I'm probably dead this year, but I love to play you on YouTube to relax and join in the camping. Thank you. Things aren't as bad as I am prepared for, but I am hopeful... wonderful share sir, I wish I might join you in person, or bump into you on one of MY crazy ideas.... until then, please understand, your videos and those like them, help more people than you know IN MORE WAYS than one.

Keep these trips coming. There is a lot to be said for wandering through open land with your dogs and a trusty mule.

Fat Lori. Hahahaha I love it! Thanks for sharing, Brett. It does me good to see you back on the mula taking in the country the way God intended. Glad to see your health improving. Here's to a prosperous and healthy 2024
