*350ml Water 清水
*100g Cane Sugar 蔗糖
*2 Pandan Leaves 班兰叶

300g Purple Sweet Potato 紫色番薯
60g Sago 西米
200ml Coconut Milk 椰奶
90g Tapioca Flour 木薯粉
60g Corn Starch 玉米淀粉
½ tsp Salt 半小匙盐

#100g Shredded Coconut 白椰丝
tsp Salt 盐

50g Chili Sauce 辣椒酱
30g Ketchup 番茄酱
10g Chopped Garlic 蒜末
5g Vinegar 白醋
70ml Cold Boiled Water 冷白开水

★ For Flour Batter 面糊食谱 ★
110g Plain Flour 中筋面粉
2 tbsp Tapioca Starch 木薯粉
1 tbsp Rice Flour 粘米粉
½ tsp Baking Powder 泡打粉
¼ tsp Salt 盐
½ tsp Chicken Powder 鸡精粉
½ tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
100ml Water 水
2 Eggs 鸡蛋
15g Oil 食用油

80g Cabbage 包菜
1 Onion 洋葱
1 Red Chili 红辣椒
60g Squid 墨鱼
60g Shrimps 虾仁
3 Filament Sticks 蟹柳条
1 tbsp Chopped Garlic 蒜末
Some of Scallions 青葱粒适量

    I'm attracted by the colour of the cake, it looks tempting and hassle free. So beautiful. Even the veggie seafood fritter is oso a good snack. From your videos, there are various options to choose for my Christmas gathering. This year i don't even need a Christmas cake for our family, just do some kueh kueh as a substitute, thanks alot Mr Peter.
