    He said the objects of fear are false, not the experience of it. Fear is about the future that is yet to exist and in that sense, fear is rooted in one's own mind which is an artificial creation and one can take charge of that and that's what consciousness means.

    There is no need to do anything is the answer. Observing the observer then you realise what’s happening is not too a you,, whenever identified as me it’s happens to me. Letting go of me the gap is noticed, resting in the gap brings peace, peace of mind in all circumstances.
