    Honestly and with all respect.

The only people that have not helped me with my eczema are dermatologist, they only treat the symptoms but never guess what is the cause of everything.

Thank so much! As a dermatologist and eczema warrior, you really know how to help, cause you know the fight! Sadly, I have found 2 dermatologists that lack compassion. They have no clue how eczema can negatively affect your quality of life. I wanted to treat my eczema as naturally as possible, so I turned to YouTube University, to others that live with it. So grateful you are here! ❤❤❤

It was a perfect storm for me. Eczema(toxins, water & heat), leaky gut & histamine intolerance. I fasted for 30 hours, started giving the dishwasher and washing machine a 2nd rinse and kept my showers on the warm side rather than hot. I'm feeling MUCH better.

THIS WAS GREAT AND RIGHT ON TIME DR. STEPHENS. I just started with this so called Eczema in my early 60s and still have not found a good dermatologist who knows how to treat it correctly. I have placed an order for the cream and serum you mentioned in the video and have already implemented most of your suggestions, which are definitely on point, especially the patting. I also notice when I use cold or ice water, it helps a lot. A P.A. I visited did prescribe a good steroid ointment which you have to be careful because it will thin out your skin. I use it very sparingly and only when the symptoms gets too unbearable. I also find that using the CeraVe Ointment helps a lot and when I scratch too hard which creates blisters or cuts, my good old Neosporin helps. Thank you for taking the time to provide all the helpful tips.
