The list : Magnesium Citrate - could help with constipation, i.e. could lead to diarrhea if overused. Magnesium Sulphate - just stay away for internal use - use to rub on muscles instead. Magnesium Glycinate - well tolerated by most people, combined with amino acid so highly bioavailable. Magnesium Tuarine - another linked with amino acid - help with metabolic syndrome...to be verified. Magnesium L Threonate - supposedly crosses the brain-blood barrier and can help relieve the mental conditions like lack of anxiety, sleep, depression, dementia. Supposedly. Magnesium Oxide - just avoid unless you really can't afford any of the others above. Magnesium chelate - could be either Glycinate or Tuarine or some other amino acid - the manufacturers are rather shy to make known just what is binding to the magnesium. Use as per the above with amino acid stuff.

  • “You are in charge of your own health.” You two inform, teach and empower that responsibility and turn it into a blessing and a pleasure. Otherwise, being in charge can be rather overwhelming. Talking with Docs makes YouTube worthwhile.
