Hi Stacey I really admire you. I keep saying to my mom that many Jamaicans need to do better. Jamaica has great soil and is just blessed and many people do not take advantage. I live in Canada and every summer Canadians plant a variety of produce in their backyards. I have noticed on visits back home that many Jamaicans are now overweight or obese. I truly believe if many followed your example, this would not be. We would have lower rates of the Jamaican plagues, diabetes and high blood pressure. Keep up the good work. May God bless you and lead you in inspiring many to sow seeds of health by eating from the land and the work of their hands.
