Whew! This was a tonnnnn of work. I made the armor completely from scratch with EVA foam, contact cement, plastidip, paint, blood, sweat, and growls. Aaaand I made the cape and tunic from scratch! And the helmet was 3D printed and painted. Come see!

I'll bet your husband adores it! He's probably exactly like the kids when you get them the Halloween costume of their dreams...and they wear it every day for the next year. That's what I thought of in the reveal shots of him on the couch with a book! I subscribed.
