I asked my daughters about the skunk, and they think it should be named Stinkerbell. I didn't realize how much I look forward to these pond build updates until a week went by without one. Last week took forever! 🤣
  • Dude the legs on that big feeder are gonna sink into the clay, as soon as the ground gets saturated. especially being full of feed. You might consider putting a little concrete slab or some sort of foundation for it. Either way, the pond looks like a slice of heaven.

In keeping with the theme and because of his black and white stripes, “Bandit” would be a good name for the skunk.

i use that same feeder on our Koi Farm. Its a great feeder, lots of adjustments to it. Its going to shoot the food out into the pond like 50 feet. I would stock the fathead minnows way ahead of the other fish. I would also stock some water daphnia (they eat green water) and skud shrimp (eat detritus at the bottom of the pond). These are an excellent live food source for smaller fish.

You should put a gps tracking tag on Moby once he is released in the big pond . Would be neat to see his patterns threw out the year in the pond.

This and Colin Furze tunnel series are the most awaited series this year for me

white bird is likely a great egret, and the small one was a species of either sandpiper or plover I think. I've been watching since the backyard build. Love your content!

We have those feeders, and they're great. One TIP put a silicone bead in each underside corner of the lids to prevent water from getting in. That's the only issue we have had... Great Video! 🍺 🎣

The skunk has to be Pepé Le Pew!! It's been awesome watching this project come along. Everything has been so well thought out! It has got to be one of the best ponds in the country! Starlink is fascinating and will be perfect out there. It sounds like the results so far have been phenomenal. Thanks for including us on this journey!
  • The little black and white bird with the long legs is a black necked stilt, and the white bird looks like an egret or possibly an immature little blue heron. You’ve got yourself a very nice place there and have done an amazing job. Thanks for sharing the beautiful views and the journey.

Can we all agree that when he uploads our day gets better
  • If the cat stays around you should name him Tom and he's always searching and chasing Jerry the field mouse lol.
  • @MsUltrafox
You can also place the feeder at a 45-degree angle on the dock. That way you can have the feeder in the corner and still have the feed in front of the middle of the dock.

That thing sounds like a fish food mini gun going off haha. That whole property is just mind-blowing. And the game camera setup you use is just phenomenal!!!
  • I would name the skunk: Stinkerbelle. I'm sure your daughter would love to know there is a princess Skunk hanging around the pond! Keep up the awesome work cannot wait until you get fish.

Hi Bamabass! My name is Tristan. I am 10 years old and I love hunting, fishing, and ponds! I think you should name the skunk Oreo because he is white and black. The pond looks great can't wait to see it when it is finished! Have a great day!
