    Please be aware that lower floor units are much cooler than those on the top floor. Attic insulation is virtually nonexistent in the Philippines.

    I canโ€™t complain ,I pay $160 usd for 5 bedroom two story plus roof top balcony overlooking paddy fields.Two minutes walk to beach,you can swim there,but it sand bottom with rough rocks on bottom,I wear sandals when I in water

    Its ok if you ride a Scooter or Motorbike living in these places, if you dont you're relying on Public Transport thats if its even available,and if its not your screwed. ๐Ÿ‘

    Ive been in phils for 17 years your looking at to expensive i have lived in houses on beach for 5000 to 7000 month ive live in mansion with pool waterfall. 5 bedroom beachfront and other for 7000 to 12000 in cebu and leyte keep looking
