Seeing Paul take notes and being genuinely curious to learn is what differentiates him over 95% of other "influencer" types in his subject. So refreshing to see.
  • Georgi is always a joy to listen to and learn from. He has such a body of knowledge. Kudos to Paul for asking good questions and not interrupting and letting Georgi finish what he wanted to say.
  • I am so glad to see mainstream Keto/Carnivore community finally coming around to Ray Peat and the importance of carbs. I found Ray Peat 5 years ago after being Paleo/Keto for 4 years and finally having a severe mental breakdown with a confirmed T3 that was negative at the end of my paleo journey. I found Ray's work and started eating fruit and was finally able to fix my "treatment resistant" depression. Ray Peat saved my life and his work continues to be a huge part of my life today.

From a former carni for over 2 years(my health tanked) followed paul and shawn, ray peat saved my health and georgi is incredible !
  • I was bedridden/housebound for a near decade, due to severely dysfunctional adrenals. Last March, I went carnivore. Pain stopped, no longer walked with a cane, felt great. However, due to kidney issues, I had to start consuming coconut water — adding that and fruit made ALL the difference; especially, after going carnivore kicked me into early perimenopause, at age 34. Meat, fruit, and cheese is my favorite food combo. This is, seriously, the best “diet” ever.
  • Your discussion has left me with a heightened appreciation for the mental capacity you both possess to reason and draw conclusions without being dogmatic, judgemental or close minded. Enjoyed this very much. 2 apparent lovers of truth doing their best to seek some while ignoring any personal preconceived agendas. A humble thank you to the both of you for the intellectual stimulation. This is the epitomy of how ideas and theories should be explored. Absolutely great dialectic. Thank you Paul and Georgi. It will be a total crime, and (completely jesting) I may press criminal charges if this is not followed up by a part 2 or if you will pardon my avarice -- even part 3, 4 etc ................................

Thanks for the great interview! Lots of wonderful information. Every time I’ve tried to make Keto/Carnivore work, my body gets so stressed I can’t sleep because of restless legs, nerve pain, cramps and heart palpitations. When I start eating decent amounts of milk, fruit and honey everything starts calming down and life gets so much better. 🙂
  • What I Like About Dr Saldino Despite the onslaught of ad-hominen attacks, against this man and his nutritional philosophy, he's steady, and polite.

Georgi is a very intelligent man. Self taught. I first met him in a Podcast the other day with Dr. Mercola. He has great insight.
  • So much valuable information here that I slowed my playback speed to 0.75x to make sure that I didn't miss a word from your knowledgeable guest. Many thanks for this one!

So happy to see Georgi on this podcast. It's even more beneficial to have saladino help us breakdown what Georgi says and help focus the thinking.
