It just gives me a thrill to watch the guy doing the cabinet finishing—he is a wizard!! I’m betting Romeo is planning to cook an epic meal for your first meal in the new kitchen. The chandelier is stunning, and I love, love, love the light for over the sink! It’s not the same, but it’s so complementing. I don’t hardly know how I can wait for two more weeks!!!

I was so excited for this episode, as I’m sure all your viewers were. You are sooooo close! This is such a beautiful room. I love how you played it cool when they said they were going to add more trim to the bottom of your upper cabinets to hide the lights. Inside, we all know that you were doing a happy dance! I’ve been trying to convince my husband to change out our few glass front cabinets to Reeded glass. I’m excited that it what you chose so I can show him how stunning it looks. I just shake my head when I watch you jump in and install your own refrigerator and never hesitate to take off the dishwasher panel or retire an old light. All women should be taught to do those wonderful things themselves. I’m 65 later this year so I’m a generation too late but try to learn and do as much as possible. When hubby says something is too difficult, I pull up one of your videos and say, “Are you going to let this young lady show you up?”😊

A trick my dad taught me for caulking is to cut the hole on the tube at an angle, so that it smooths out the caulk as you go (and you don't have to get your fingers messy).

everytime I watch an episode in this series I remember the first few times you mentioned the desire to change your kitchen, and it feels like it was yesterday. I remember thinking back then, oh man its gonna be forever before we get to see that! and now its almost finished! i cannot wait to see it all put together with decor and the things for everyday life, its going to be so lovely!

That "waterfall" you designed under the window is really elegant and very French looking. The kitchen is so gorgeous!
