  • What a great communicator Dr Paul Mason is and one of a number of true heroes genuinely saving lives while the medical establishment still fall at the feet of Ancel Keys!

This totally matches up with my own personal experiences - I bought into the idea that fibre solves the constipation problem - so much so that I was eating lots of oats and veggies with every meal - constipation just got worse and worse - fibre - particularly soluble fibre was causing massive constipation.

I've watched you on other channels, like low carb down under, and I didn't realize you had your own channel. I subscribed! I'd give you a thousand thumbs up if I could. Thanks for being one of the bravery few doing real research and lectures on nutrition. I feel SO much better, THANK YOU!! p.s. I've lost 35 lbs in 4 months on the carnivore-ish diet. I say "ish" because the struggle is real for me and I mess up quite often.

The fiber myth is just that...a myth! After quitting all grains and most vegetables, my digestion got much better than before!!

Fat has lubricated my digestion far, far more than fiber ever did.
  • This was the first youtube video that put you on my radar. This is one of the videos I have shared the most! And your channel look very much better now that you also have added these older presentations. They give a nice depth to the information. Thank you for all you do, Dr Mason! Keep up the good work, and I hope to hear a lot from you in the future! <3
  • Last week I caved to a desire to have a chewy sweet treat (licorice based), a BIG mistake. I discovered what it is to be an addict given their poison of choice. In short, I made myself extremely ill. I gave myself a level of constipation I could never have dreamed of! I've learned my lesson. I learnt here that a couple of the veg I'd been continuing with in my LCHF nutrition are really bad for me! Thank you so much Dr Mason, you present information we all need with the greatest of clarity.

I started ketovore (mostly meat-based keto) a few weeks ago and I feel immensely better too. I’ve been looking for a solution to my gut issues and I finally found it. I cut out most veggies, processed food and all grains from my diet. I fixed my problem thanks to this video.
  • omg !! Dr saledino sent me down this rabbit hole . it's all making sense now . 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I have done carnivore a few times and always feel 100%. Only problem is that I get scared and also tempted to get variety in my diet (brainwashing is hard to undo). I think I'll slowly transition over to carnivore again and take a multi just in case.

I took three heaping spoonfuls of psyllium husk powder 3 days ago and have been bloated and constipated ever since. It might be anecdotal but damn it has me rethinking the longterm consequences of fiber consumption. On top of that my Mom has complained about bloating/constipation throughout my life and she has always eaten high fiber foods.

When i switched to LCHF with some veg like one serving per meal.... I stopped farting. Maybe once or twice a day. Anything close to the standard diet and I have gas constatly. Ive never felt better cutting grains out of my diet.
