We put my Eurocompulsion Phase 2 tuned Fiat 124 Spider Abarth up against my friends slightly modded 1996 BMW M3. The E36 M3 has a 3.2L motor while my Fiat 124 Spider has a little 1.4L turbo. That E36 has an aftermarket exhaust, as well. The stock muffler would be a single, unpolished, oblate cylinder with twin tips. Nice work on the Abarth tuning. I was surprised by the results.

Nice video, great to watch as always! It’s wet weather on the way here in the UK and I took my Abarth 124 spider out last night for the last decent run before the crappy weather arrives. It’s got to be the best little sports car you can buy for under 20 K. 👍👍

Nice..looked like 3rd was the wrong gear for the bmw at that speed..2nd run was better….who suggested rolling start…I think that helped the 124 also.. Great to see it have a win though..👏👏

Also 0-60 5.5 and 13.9 1/4 for the s52. They wake up with a diet and a real M50 manifold

lol....his car weighs 700-800 lbs more than a 124 and stock, has only 50% more horsepower. But, the mods on your 124 make a huge difference. Driver wouldn't matter; this is no contest from the get go. I hope viewers realize 124s aren't drag race cars unless you modify internals and do some bigtime mods.

I expect Eurocompulsion to disavow street racing for their sponsored driver. They had voice words when Eddie raced someone at the dragon event, so I expect them to stop sponsoring you for street racing.
