That was certainly a sporty flight back! But, you handle her well. I enjoyed the flight, watching the TAS and GS. Nice landing in those gusty winds. Subbed!

Just watched on my 60” TV looked great. Was fun picking out suburb landmarks. The UPS warehouse on W. Union Road; Safeway on NE Cornell near your landing, etc.

Giddyup! Crossing the West Hills can be, ahem, adventurous.

High speed exit for sure but I'm betting tower was probably a bit thankful for that. It let them get a little extra breathing room between the departing Cessna and the landing traffic. Nice job working with those winds and getting the egg down safely.

My brother used to say, when the plane is going forward and sideways at the same time, the price of fuel goes up $2 a gallon.
  • Great job with the winds. BTW, I'm all the more intrigued by your plane after you recounted in the year-end Midlife Pilot Podcast all you'd done with it in 2023. It's working out so well for you!

Maybe it was just lost in the camera, but I didn’t think that turn off was so bad. Then again, I once turned off so hard that the fuel sloshed around in the wing enough to sputter the engine
