Why your doctor will never heal your gut

If you struggled with digestive issues and can't seem to get help from anyone, I can relate. Let's talk about a better approach.

In this video I discuss why the medical system is ill-equipped to deal with gut problems, and what you can do about it.

Thank you so much for sharing your story in the beginning. Last year I was on a ketogenic/Intermittant Fasting diet and lost so much weight... but the long term effects worsened my already sub-par gut health issues. I am currently in a battle to find a cure, exploring every possible avenue, and it has been a massive drain on my emotional health, which was also already sub-par to begin with... I wouldn't wish this problem on anyone, but it's so good to feel like I'm not alone in this.

I had a comparable experience with debilitating acid reflux and depression. After very mundane and disappointing answers from my doctors, I seeked one of the "top experts" in my city. It took months to get an appointement and when it finally happened the guy just told me "evertyhing is fine just take those proton inhibitors if you feel nauseated". I laughed, left and became a self-medicated peatist. I haven't had acid reflux in 3 months now and my depression is gone completely. Another world is possible. These people do not do their job, and, in my country, they are all paid for by the state. I'm not saying it's a status-motivated mafia who basically do nothing once they graduate, but it sure does look like it. The medical profession has become far too micro-specialized to matter when it comes to health. So-called "hollistic" approaches are arguably a progress but are most often contaminated by dozens of weird ideologies (fasting, veganism, keto, etc.) which also makes them hard to trust. The peaters will inherit the world.

Me to and honestly after getting 2 chiropractor appointments a week for two weeks that fixed it for me! I wasn't constipated but I could tell I wasn't eliminating everything. After the adjustment it all came out with ease. For me it was my left pelvic bone out of place so it was pressing on my colon! Low fat doesn't work adding in more sardines in water or some olive oil has improved my digestion as well. I'm pretty plant heavy and love fruits and vegetables do the torture was worth it. But seriously please get a few adjustments and see if that helps you eliminate properly. I was suffering for years with bloating. This has solved it. Just got off my period and No cramping no bloating!! I had tried probiotics, fermented veggies, no dairy, kefir, low fiber, no fiber, chelated magnesium, caster oil, everything lol. The adjustment really eliminated my bloating because I was able to get it all out in the correct position.
  • Thanks for sharing. It helps to reevaluate all the traditional and alternative medicine dogma that we believed to be true.

I’m only 4 minutes in and I love this video.
  • I find that shredded wheat gets things moving, though it might not work for everybody.

Hi from Germany and me too I had a long disappointing journey with doctors and gut/reflux/intestinal asthma problems. As a graduated biologist I try to take my health into my own hands and get information from different perspectives. Had reflux Oesophagitis with a lesion, Helicobacter pylori infection, bloating, endoscopies etc. Have food allergies. Am just experimenting with Mastix gum, started growing microgreens and have a garden. Subscribed.
  • My hypothesis is that S. Mutans is causing all sorts of issue from the mouth, to the esophagus, stomach, and colon. Keep in mind that S. mutans produces lactic acid, and there are lactophilic bacteria and microorganisms that will overgrow from this. I am planning to try Lumina Health's special strain of genetically altered S. mutans, and check if my digestive issues improve. I'm guessing it will, because their S. mutans strain kills off natural S. Mutans and produces ethanol as opposed to lactic acid as a byproduct of metabolizing sucrose.

I love the channel and I can add a thing or two on that video with my rich medical history. I think most gut issues are caused by the modern crappy industrial diet. Seed oils, processed foods and other crap that we are told by “science-based” “expert” to be OK 🤬 I think very often going back to the natural diet of one’s ancestors is one of the best long term actions. This usually involves eating unprocessed meat, organs, saturated fats and organic seasonal foods and vegetables from the area(not some exotic stuff from the other side of the world) I can also share that fermented yoghurt, one of the emblematic natural foods of my country, is the thing that keeps my stomach in great health considering I follow a whole foods diet.
  • Good channel mate, in agreement with all the things you said, especially the part about it being to do with the bodies terrain where the parasites and pathogenic bacteria can only stay in an unhealthy host fix the terrain and the body does the rest. only thing I would add is the addition of gelatinous soups. They were an absolute life saver for me and my GI issues, was like drinking lubricant that soothed any inflammation and made it way easier to tolerate plant matter within even just a couple of days. Mashed potato, organ meats, lots of raw butter, high quality animal fat and orange juice fixed my condition. I can now go out for tacos and a couple of beers with friends 👍 Do you have an email address to contact you on ? I would like to ask you some questions if that would be possible?

Did you get in touch with any of those doctors to tell them what you did to fix your problems?
  • I hoping they implement A.I. in medical diagnosis and treatment very soon. Obviously someone in the medical field will need to collaborate and coordinate, but A.I. will be able to collect much more personal information for analysis and draw upon much more research to apply diagnosis and treatment.

I was put on an elimination diet by an immunologist thirty five years ago. My digestion wasn't hurting me, it was my brain and my whole body. All my joints were crippling me and every part of my body was in so much pain. The diet stopped it dead in days, it was the best thing that anyone had ever done for me. I'd been ill for thirteen years and no one had been taking much notice of me. You say a limited diet isn't a good idea, well here's where we disagree because I've been a virtual carnivore ever since and it's the best diet in the world.

Figuring it out on your own is the way. Zero fiber works for me.
  • Medical problems must be understood from the cell level, I believe.
