"It is so easy to be great now, when so many people are weak". Strong and true. This guy is a gift, all I can say.
  • 3 months sober today. Went from a suicidal drug addict and alcoholic and obese to working out twice a day doing 150 Burpees before work and lifting after. Down 30 lbs and going strong 💪
  • "The very purpose is you, you are always the purpose." This is so powerful and superb.

One of my two favorite quotes ever. “Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.”

I’m into pills at the moment and smoking a lot of weed, but after watching this I’m going to try my hardest to change.
  • "Man....Why am I not doing this for myself?" That shit hit hard. 👊🏽

I live by myself. I'm 70 this year. I had a childhood without parents. I get up early every morning. I still go to work 5 days a week. I do the gym 3-4 days a week and go hiking as often as possible. I'm happy and healthy

Here is how I started waking up early everyday: 1. Removed my phone from my bedroom: I found my phone distracting before going to bed and after I woke up. I would spend 45 minutes needlessly scrolling. 2. Placed an alarm outside my bedroom: This forces me to physically get up to go turn it off. By the time I do that I'm already awake and it's hard to go back to sleep. 3. Immediately Start Purposeful Work: Within 30 minutes of getting up I start working on a purposeful project. I enjoy the work I do so it makes it super easy to get started.

18 days sober from porn. I've tried and failed to maintain an abstinence streak 3 times this year, currently on my fourth attempt. I won't give up until I'm free from it forever.

47 this year, did over 200 pushups today and a few planks. Goggins is such great motivation 💯

In 2019 I was obese, depressed, had no job and an overall failure. Guys like this inspired me to be better and here I am significantly healthier and just got hired as a firefighter. Anything is possible if you put in the work and want it badly enough

The focus in David's eyes shows he believes down the core every single letter that comes out of his mouth. Pure discipline.

I’ve been struggling to find my purpose and I needed to hear this. I was already having a shitty morning and the woman at the register was genuinely sweet to everyone. Her smile gave me hope. Yes her purpose was to take my money and feed it to the register, but that smile said it’s gonna be alright. Amazing how a simple gesture does so much.

''its so easy to be great nowadays because most people are weak'' his motivation seems like a genius shortcut. it may also seem rude but its actually humbling

"Cause one day that thing is going to come up, and if your not constantly performing out purpose your not going to be ready when that time comes". Damn I felt that

3:10 “One of the things that is so surprising about growing up through difficulty… What you realize is a lot of the things that you feared, or hated, or were embarrassed about as a child, end up being the genesis of the things that you’re most proud about as an adult.” Spot on brother. 💪
