Progeria is a disease that we used to hear about from Phil Donahue’s afternoon talk show, which we now know was part of the paradigm of fear and shaped response to threats that are displaced on purpose in order to keep power and money out of the hands of the disenfranchised and marginalized people of the United States.

Babies born with #progeria looked like small old people and did not live past teenage years.

So why do exceedingly premature babies look like they have progeria?
