If due to the recent events in the world, any one of you is experiencing symptoms of anxiety, detachment, fatigue, itβs pretty normal to experience such symptoms especially if you yourself have witnessed similar events in your past
During this time focus
On:
π praying for peace and everyoneβs well-being
π talking to your family and friends.
π meditating or Zikr.
π spending time with children
π sticking to a routine
π keeping news/ social media to minimum.
π Take good care of yourself. Eating on time and staying hydrated.
π Avoid negative talk, and use positive self-affirmations.
π journaling, exercising, walking, and spending time in nature.
