  • You can understand this song only when you grow up and think about your life. Your mistakes, dreams and your future projects. Thank you Pink Floyd.

I know everyone considers this song depressing, but it's such a beautiful tranquil song to me. My mother used to play this when I was a really young child, and now it's the one song that can truly calm me down during panic attacks. The slide guitar solo alone can make me actually cry if I'm super stressed, it's that cathartic. Forever thankful for this masterpiece.
  • Everyone who reads this, we don't know each other and probably never will but I wish you all the best in life and all the luck in the world 💕🥰
  • This song still makes me cry 22 years after i first heard it. This is one of my favorite songs and i hope to have this play when I'm laid to rest.

Man - Pink Floyd hits so hard the older you become. High Hopes, Wot's Uh The Deal, Time, Nobody Home (pretty much the entirety of The Wall, actually). This band wrote timeless songs that will always be relevant.
  • This is one of those masterpieces that make you feel a range of emotions all at once. One of my favourite Pink Floyd hits

This song may be without Roger Waters, but it is a true Pink Floyd sounding piece. I feel this is the best post Roger Waters song to come from Pink Floyd.

Seems there’s a real “division bell” ringing more now than ever.

This song is such a beautiful ending to Pink Floyd’s 30 year trilogy of extraordinary music that I actually start crying as soon as the song begins.

Beyond the horizon of the place we lived when we were young In a world of magnets and miracles Our thoughts strayed constantly and without boundary The ringing of the division bell had begun Along the Long Road and on down the Causeway Do they still meet there by the Cut There was a ragged band that followed in our footsteps Running before times took our dreams away Leaving the myriad small creatures trying to tie us to the ground To a life consumed by slow decay The grass was greener The light was brighter When friends surrounded The nights of wonder Looking beyond the embers of bridges glowing behind us To a glimpse of how green it was on the other side Steps taken forwards but sleepwalking back again Dragged by the force of some in a tide At a higher altitude with flag unfurled We reached the dizzy heights of that dreamed of world Encumbered forever by desire and ambition There's a hunger still unsatisfied Our weary eyes still stray to the horizon Though down this road we've been so many times The grass was greener The light was brighter The taste was sweeter The nights of wonder With friends surrounded The dawn mist glowing The water flowing The endless river Forever and ever

The endless river, forever and ever. The last words recorded from pink floyd as a whole. Almost poetic
