When time got killed , it was really clever how you showed that with the afterimages, and as they started to fade to an unnoticeable degree, just to show that it wasn't dead after all.

my god sorry I'm reading the comments and I'm disappointed how nobody is appreciating the brilliant use of metaphors and symbolism, this is one of the best depictions of Time I've seen in ANYTHING hands down. When Time painted one of the woman's hair white? That was genius.

That scene at 3:18, specifically the sounds of the light skipping across the water accompanied by the scene itself, made me tear up. The acceptance and peaceful beauty of being OK with time, and its passage, and your lack of control of it, it really hit me.. such an absolutely fantastic piece of artwork ...!

I love that depending on what emphases you put on "killing time", it means different things: murdering the concept of time, passing the time, and that it's time for killing.

C'est clairement un des meilleurs films des Gobelins jamais fait, vraiment, créatif, poétique, suuuuper original, histoire, design, même le sound design est excellent. Vraiment bravo !!

This is really lovely. I forgot the title, so I was thinking of time as Mother Nature, and it still works. I love both characters and the symbolic but easily related to plot and imagery. Beautiful short, thank you. : )

This was incredibly satisfying to watch. Can't think of a better design for any element in this. The characters, places, effects, lighting ... pretty much perfect. Bravo

I have watched this short like so many times and it has legit saved me at my worst slumps. I too am a student in animation and m not kidding when I say this is THE film that I need to go back to, just to get myself motivated every time I feel I am going no where. Thank you, for making this film. It's truly beautiful.

The golden boat scene hits so personally. Theres this bangla poem called 'Sonaar tOri' which literally translate to 'golden boat' or 'boat of gold'. Which is also about time! Told in a symbolic story that the boatman (time) only has space for the farmer's (us) crops (our work) in his golden boat. Poet: Rabindranath Tagore It's a beautiful & a small poem
