Unique individuals mon, I'm so hopeful that Eternal Flower will come in Z-A

A hot take theory of mine is Bloodmoon Ursaluna is the same Ursaluna you use to ride around on in PLA.

The only way I see a Bloodmoon Ursaluna evolving from an Ursaring is if they made a Bloodmoon Peat item. But BM Ursa was a normal Ursaluna so I guess a forme change item like the Reveal Glass or Prison Bottle, except it breaks after use. As for in the future, I’d like to see held items that you can equip a Pokemon for breeding, like an Alola charm to hold for the offspring of a Pokemon to be its Alolan forme.

About Blood Moon "mutation", we actually had the eternal Floette before. Except the fact that we can't have it in-game
  • I think the issues with forms like Bloodmoon is that they would have to invent a way to bring that pokemon back in future games or keep it exclusive to that one game. Regional forms also has the issue because they need to explain how we can find those said regional forms in future games. But I do love regional forms and I love Bloodmoon form of Ursaluna.

One type of evolution I would like them to explore is one that combines multiple pokemon. For example, having a full box of each unown form to merge into an ultimate unown swarm with an ability that allows its hidden power to always be super effective. A playing card pokemon that powers up when you have enough to make a deck. Two exeggcute to make a dozen eggs. Existing paired pokemon (plusle and minun could share a pokeball and get boosted). I think they could play around with this and make it fun.
  • I’d call them “Unique Individuals” Obviously Bloodmoon is the most extreme but arguably this would also include things like: Spikey Eared Pichu Cosplay Pikachu Ash-Greninja Ash Hat Pikachu Dada Zarude Bloodmoon Ursaluna

Diancie and Ursaluna have a lot in common.
  • I might have discussed this in another channel, but I am indeed liking it. It takes me back to the playground rumors of 'king Pokémon' and the idea of a fourth evolution for Kanto Pokémon that would grant them legendary status. This concept, now somewhat realized through Mega Evolution, doesn't quite elevate them to legendary status. I see Bloodmoon Ursaluna as a parallel to Carbink and Diancie, where Carbink evolves into the more mythical Diancie as a stand alone. I prefer considering this as legendary status, though it's more accurately mythical. Now, speaking of Megas and Bloodmoon Ursaluna, if I recall correctly, Mega Evolutions typically get an additional 100 stat points. Regular Ursaluna has a base stat total of 550, and Bloodmoon Ursaluna is at 555. My theory is that if Bloodmoon Ursaluna hadn't been introduced earlier, say in the generation of Legends: Arceus, it might have received an additional 50 stat points, qualifying it as a pseudo-legendary. The extra 5 points given to Bloodmoon Ursaluna could symbolize this potential boost. As I am developing my fakemon region, I am planning to create a Bloodmoon Sableye, even though it already has a Mega Evolution. The concept fits perfectly, and I hope to see fanart of Bloodmoon forms. This speculation adds an exciting layer to the Pokémon world-building, showing how new forms can change our understanding of Pokémon evolution and status.
  • They should do some type of variant(s) with the Dratini line. I didn't mind the new Goomy evolutions, but a new Dragonite form would just be so much better
  • I'd like to suggest the terms "Variant" or "Deviant" because it reminds me of Monster Hunter's Variant and Deviant monsters. In MH, a Variant is an individual who underwent something that changed them as a result. Variants are more common and not as powerful as a Deviant, which is supposed to be the strongest possible version of a Monster species. Bloodmoon Ursaluna sounds to me like it'd be a Deviant Ursaluna with how it was changed so drastically by the bloodmoon.

I would love to get more one off forms, hey isn't it crazy that we haven't got a BigFoot pokemon yet.
  • @SinYue
They gave us partner pikachu & eevee 2 pokemon that are stronger than their original counterparts, have access to new moves. we need more of these kind of pokemon too, and dont limit them to a specific game next time gamefreak.
  • I am not sure if you have tackled controversial Pokémon topics before, but if you have, I would love to hear you talk about the declining custom trainer options because kids are mad about the custom trainers having the same hairstyles and clothes to pick from in SV that makes the "boy or girl" option pointless. When having the options that limited, we would have gone back to where we can only play as a boy in RGBY and GS. Even I have noticed when the basic clothes have not returned like you can only wear the designer-printed T-shirts in SwSh. Sex dimorphism is a must to tell apart from other characters. I am not annoyed by the different Pokémon forms on the Pokédex either. You have said the SV characters "look like dolls", and talked a bit about the clothes recently. It would still be interesting to talk about. I enjoy making my trainer boy/girl wear short pants/skirts in a way to make them cute by design.

I don't really think bloodmoon Ursaluna and future adjacent forms for other pokemon need a blanket term. They can just be new unchangeable forms. Giving them a blanket term almost makes them into a gimmick and takes away what makes them special in my opinion. Either way though I'd love to see similar cases to bloodmoon in the future, as long as the have a purpose to be that way.
  • Awesome video! Here are a few form ideas I'd love to see in the future: 1. Bond Form – Strengthens through deepening relationships. 2. Bloodmoon Form – Transformed by the power of the Blood Moon. 3. Crystallized Form for Onix – Imagine a shimmering, crystalline Onix 😅. 4. Shadow Form – Dark and powerful transformations for certain Pokémon. 5. Mega Evolution Return – Bringing back and expanding on Mega Evolutions.
  • I was absolutely convinced we'd get a unique Kleavor in Indigo Disk, but I am still holding out hope we get some more cases like this in the future! ^u^
