4 ingredients and 3 steps away from some silky, smooth Coconut Jelly (椰汁榚) that just melts in your mouth 🤤. This wiggly jiggly dessert was one of my childhood favourites when my family and I would go yum cha every week.

INGREDIENTS:
• 400ml coconut milk (1 can)
• 50ml milk
• 25g sugar (or more to taste)
• 1 Tbsp gelatine

• (Pinch salt – optional)

1) Mix everything together and heat on low until everything is dissolved
2) Cool until room temperature and strain into container
3) Chill in fridge. DONE!

    Yum. My Chinese friend made it and then my Taiwanese friend and I'm obsessed with it. Although I think they both use cornflour instead of gelatine.

    I tried your Recipe and added 1/8 tsp of salt in the mixer. Oh my goodness! Was it ever sooo salty. 😖 A pinch of salt would have been much better.

    Why are u putting grams with sugar but tablespoon and tsp measurement in gelatine ?? Aargh I don’t know how many spoons that is in grams of sugar

    I tried your Recipe and added 1/8 tsp of salt. On my goodness was it so salty. I end up Pouring Down the drain. 😖 A pinch of salt would have been better.
