    I was actively having a panick attack when I found this video. Heart rate was in the 130s. What a horrible feeling, dizziness, feel like I'm going to pass out. I laid on the floor, feet up the wall and listened to this. Heart rate is down to the 90s, and I feel better. So thank you

    I can’t thank you enough. I’m so relaxed and have such feelings of peace I could cry. Anxiety/panic attacks started out of nowhere last week, I’ve been feeling a horrible suffocating feeling that’s been keeping me awake and in varying states of panic all day. My mother passed away unexpectedly last fall and I think all the Covid stuff has brought back the stress and pain of losing her. Went to the Dr, had all heart and lung screenings done and I’m perfectly well! Just anxiety and hyperventilating. Was expecting another horrid night when something guided me to your video. I’ve listened to many of these types of meditations and none has even come close to the profound effect you just had on me. I had visuals of floating weightless in space, surrounded by healing light. I feel normal again. My body feels fluid and all the fullness and pressure from my chest is almost 100% gone. Thank you 1,000 times over. I will be back and I will share this channel with everyone I know :)

    I have tried numerous guided meditations with little effect. I woke sweating and shaking, with a full blown panic attack at 1am. Generally I cannot fall back asleep. The lack of sleep has been taking a toll on me. This video helped me fall back asleep twice! So glad to have found it. Thank-you

    I was able to move past the feelings of anxiety and worry related to trauma while listening to this. This really works. I think it's important that we help and support each other when dealing with anxiety. I wish anyone who is dealing with anxiety is able to find comfort and that they allow themselves to receive love in their heart. Sometimes we give love to others and we forget to open our heart to the love of the universe and others. Thank you.

    I had the worst panic today we’re I had the paramedics out.....The paramedic recommended this and it’s really helped me and made me feel at ease...thankyou so much, I wouldn’t wish panic and anxiety on anyone it’s not nice at all.

    I agree. I have been researching for years and have tried hundreds of meditations and psychologists on you tube. plus multiple personal psychologists CBT made me worse. My partner and father and pet all died within a month leaving me bedridden for months. I had panic attacks at the thought of getting up to make a cup of tea. For Two weeks I've been listening every morning every night plus any time in between i feel any anxiety. I've listened to ever thing on you tube plus panic free TV.
