  • Thank you Sarah.I am a chronic insomniac .I was on benzos for sleeping and I found out they were addictive and my doctor never told me they were.Anyway it took me 2 years to wean myself off and that was 7 years ago and I still suffer with protracted withdrawals.Nothing helps.I cannot even take vitamins they cause side effect.This calms down and I feel relaxed.Please pray for me and keep helping others like me.I really appreciate you.God Bless you.🙏🏾🙏🏾💞💕🌹
