Give this intense 5 minute at home shoulder workout a try! You get a full shoulders workout without having to leave your house. Also, this works as a killer circuit to do at the gym more toward the end of your weighted shoulder workout since it's bodyweight only. Routines like this are great for those who travel and want to get a workout in too! No weights are needed. Your shoulders will be feeling it the next day due to how effective this circuit is! 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!

    I went to the gym for 6 months and the progress i saw was in the first few months then the next months i didnt see any gains which demotivated me. I quit the gym about the month ago and i realised how much i missed the muscle pain after a workout and this video is great motivation for me so thanks👍

  • I've been doing these 5-10 minute home work outs every day for months. this is the first time I was actually able to keep up till the end with strength to spare. (I also put at least 5 different kinds of psilocybes into my protein shake earlier hehe)
