美丽的椰糖燕菜食谱 Beautiful Palm Sugar Jelly Recipe
🍒Ingredient 材料 :
●Green Part 青色部分:
Pandan Leaf 3pcs 班兰叶 3片
Water 250ml 清水 250毫升
➡️Pandan Juice 200ml 班兰汁 200毫升
Coconut milk 100ml 椰浆 100毫升
Caster sugar 40g 细砂糖 40克
Agar powder 1tsp 燕菜粉 1茶匙
Jelly powder 1/4tsp 果冻粉 1/4茶匙

●1st Layer 第一层:
Palm sugar 100g 椰糖 100克
Coconut milk 200ml 椰浆 200毫升
Water 400ml 清水 400毫升
Agar powder 2tsp 燕菜粉 2茶匙
Jelly powder 1/2tsp 果冻粉 1/2茶匙

●2nd Layer 第二层 :
Palm sugar 50g 椰糖 50克
Water 300ml 清水 300毫升
Agar powder 1tsp 燕菜粉 1茶匙
Jelly powder 1/4tsp 果冻粉 1/4茶匙

●3rd Layer 第三层:
Coconut milk 300ml 椰浆 300毫升
Water 600ml 清水 600毫升
Caster sugar 100g 细砂糖 100克
Agar powder 3tsp 燕菜粉 3茶匙
Jelly powder 3/4tsp 果冻粉 3/4茶匙

●4th Layer 第四层 :
Same as 2nd Layer 和第二层相同

●5th Layer 第五层 :
Same as 1st Layer 和第一层相同

*1tsp=2.64g
