    I suffer horribly almost nightly. I fear evenings because I know what I’m going to go through. Tonight it’s been all about headaches, head pressure and dizziness, I always feel like I’m about to die. Or my brain is going to explode, This was extremely helpful. Thank you so much for this.🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
  • Im just a KID. I'm not supposed to suffer from health anxiety, I'm supposed to be happy! But I'm not. Health anxiety got severe cause I'm really scared my vision will get bad but I'm Scared to tell my parents, my mom would worry and my dad would get mad. That's a forever thing that would happen forever. The therapy helped though, thanks you really helped

    I am seriously glad to know that im not alone. I hyperfixate on everything going on in my body. Ive had bronchitis and convincing myself im having a heart attack or lung cancer. Ive been to the emergency room. Im going back to the doctor tomorrow. I am driving myself crazy. It has been so rough.😢

  • IFirst time listen this morning. I am waiting for 2 hospital procedures to see what is causing my abdominal pains. I am trying to focus on positive things and try not to be consumed by fear and anxiety. This really helped me this morning when i was at my worst. Thank you Tansy.

    I've recently come across this video and wow, what a huge sigh of relief... I'm clearly not alone with this horrible form of anxiety. I religiously listen to this at night as it's the only thing to help settle my mind; I'm glad it's here for us all to use/listen to.     I am constantly convinced I am dying, I am so worried, I could only get 5 minutes in to this before I had a panic attack, I always feel like I could just fall over at any second and die, it’s debilitating, but I’m going to try get through this full video by the end of the week

    Boy I really needed this. I had major surgery to fix a digestive issue, 3 months ago. Ever since then I'm terrified every time I feel the slightest stomach pain. So in my case it's not just worrying about what might happen, it's something that in fact HAS happened. At least I know what to recognize. But I was having a bad day yesterday and I listened to your meditation (after taking some tylenol) and the meditation and resulting nap was exactly what I needed! I look forward to trying many more of your hypnosis videos for my severe anxiety!
