I've been walking for the last 14 months every single day. Week days i do 4 miles, Saturday is 8 miles and Sundays im now doing 15 miles. The mood and health benfits are amazing. My blood pressure in now 118/80 with a resting heart rate of 48bpm. I'm 54 years old.
  • Walking is the best exercise for health. I do 30-45 minutes a day most if not all days of week. I listen to my body and walk accordingly. Morning walks are the best and set you up to have a good day.
  • I started walking 4 miles a day on June 6,2022. My weight was 145 , November 11,2022 . Now I weigh 125. I agree with Joe Ordinary and you 100%. My opinion everyone get up walk. If I can do it , you can do it to. Good luck everyone. 👏🏼⭐🙂🌹

Each morning, Monday to Friday, a 10,000-step walk (7.5 km in 1.5 hours) after breakfast improves my energy level and enables me to focus on work. Late afternoon I workout before making supper. Walking is the easiest way to loose weight or maintain a healthy weight and definitely is good for my mental health.

Walking has helped me mentally and physically. I just subbed and best luck on your channel
  • I actually walk in my home ,its amazing how many steps you can do in a long passage ... But walking proper outside is of course far better , messy hair or no messy hair still attractive. ..

Thank you for the video. I have been walking for going on three years now. And I love it. Admittedly I don't always feel like getting out but I know that once I do I am immediately glad to be there. Lately I have started wasting time in the morning watching political commentaries (I'm American) and that does not influence my mood positively. That's why I'm glad I found you this morning. I need to watch something positive like this instead of the other. Hopefully you're still walking. Nothing but positive can come from it. Just subscribed too. Thanks again.

Other walking ideas... - Take brisk 30-minute walks for greater caloric burns - Do 30-minute morning walks and 30 minute after dinner walks. Walking after dinner will help with digestion, and keep you away from the fridge for longer, in order to reduce/avoid after dinner snacking. Also, walking after dinner has helped me get amazingly good night nights of sleep! - Keep things interesting by changing up your routines...Drive 5-10 minutes away from home for totally different walking routes, get yourself some earbuds to listen to music while walking.
  • I walk my 100# pup everyday for around an hour so its more like a crossfit workout🙄 as she is energetic. I also ride the bike 3-5 times a week in a lively manner for my workout, intensity has very real benefits. Im 59, no prescriptions, no junk food just occasional dessert. Good health and the same 30" waist i had in high school🤔

I disagree because you dont want your schedule to be predictable as this sets you up for theft and attack while walking to stalkers or those observing your routine
