Phenomenal content. Thanks man. Would be great to get a little bit of info on how to start rebuilding the gut lining (other than using glutamine). Thanks!

Could we get a video on some potential things to help with these issues? Awesome vid!

A single nutrient as a supplement that fixed a multitude of issues for me as you describe - gut issues, brain fog, sleep disturbances, etc, etc, was CHOLINE. Supplemented at as low as 150 mg once a day! Choline thins bile, bile sterilized gut to a degree. In thick bile cholesterol makes most of he bile and it becomes sticky causing a lot of issues downstream. Once bile is thin enough, cholesterol becomes available for steroidogenesis, all your thyroid hormones work better, you feel warm and energetic, you sleep much, much better. So forget antibiotics, try CHOLINE first.

I just finished watching your video on Lustig's lecture on sugar. You made some valid points. I wish you would do a video on visceral fat vs subcutaneous fat. Glucose/starch/all other carbs store as subcutaneous harmless fat. Subcutaneous fat is needed to cushion our skin, veins and joints where as visceral fat is dangerous. I would like to know just what you would find when researching this subject. I can find almost nothing. Maybe you would know better where to look for this info. Thanks.

question fellas: whats the difference between l- glutamine and monosodium glutimate?
  • @Filthycoffin
I’m totally going to share your channel. You have so much more information compared to other doctors or NPaths. I have had akathisia a long time from cipro and other meds. It’s known that serotonin raises akathisia so this makes sense also. Dopamine is depleted and that can cause Parkinson’s or akathisia. Are there ways to restore the gut without Lglutamine? So far there’s really no treatment for akathisia and lots of ppl are dying from it.

Excellent content. Regarding exercising, a personal anecdote of mine is that doing exercises like the bench press and the squat that heavily involve the core muscles, seems to be making my health worse. Switching these out for machines or more stable exercises like the floor press and weighted wall sits usually does the trick, while still getting a good workout in for the targeted muscles
