We start by connecting with our breathing to give rise to a safe and secure feeling.

5:03 - Step 2
After you created a strong anchor point, the breath, you can connect with your body to stay and become more grounded before you engage with your emotions.

8:06 - Step 3
While being aware of your body and breath, you are now ready to connect with your emotions. Become aware of your emotions and use breathing techniques B1 to B3 to regulate your feelings when they become too strong or too frightening.

11:41 - Step 4
Breathe into your emotions to release your anxiousness. Often the feeling of anxiety reaches a peak before they soften. Keep breathing into your feelings until the feeling of fear disappears.

  • Your videos and online courses have helped me so much in a very short time. Just the sound of your voice is enough to instantly calm my nerves enough to begin to focus. I tried this meditation two times before and was unable to connect with my emotions. This third time was a very powerful experience! Right as I felt the strong emotions fading, the sun found a gap in the clouds for the first time all day and warmed my face right where my emotions were being held.
